Aluminum Profile ESD Lean Workstation with Flow Roller Rack

Product Description

This modular lean workstation is built with 4040 industrial aluminum profile frame, fitted with ESD anti-static worktop and multi-layer flow roller rack.
It is widely applied in automotive LCIA assembly production lines, electronics workshops and manual assembly stations. The flow roller rack enables parts and material bins to slide forward automatically for picking, which optimizes line-side material supply and boosts working efficiency.
The whole structure is modular for easy assembly, disassembly and re-layout. Worktop is anti-static to protect sensitive electronic & auto components from electrostatic damage. Height adjustable foot pads keep the table stable on uneven factory floors.
Custom dimensions, layout and accessories are available to match customer’s workshop requirements, supporting OEM & ODM.
