Product Description
This model is a dual-layer, dual-directional discharge, dual-channel, smooth-flowing composite transfer rack. It is constructed using 4040 industrial aluminum profile modules. The upper layer features two double-directional smooth slides, enabling the efficient loading and unloading of materials from both the front and rear sides. The lower layer consists of two double-layer, whole-piece anti-static storage areas. All areas are equipped with silent brake casters. The upper smooth area relies on gravity for efficient material first-in-first-out and double-sided material retrieval. The lower flat area is used for storing heavy materials, instruments, and auxiliary materials. The dual-directional retrieval design is suitable for the bilateral operation positions of the assembly line. It is a multi-directional supply and large-capacity storage composite lean material rack.

Product features
Upper double-directional dual-channel smooth passage: The two layers of smooth strips on the upper and lower parts are connected front and back. Workers on both sides of the assembly line can respectively take and place materials from the front and rear ends without moving the entire machine. It is suitable for dual-synchronous production lines.
Up-down partition storage structure: The upper smooth area stores standard trays and carriers; the lower double-layer flat anti-static plate can hold toolboxes, testing equipment, and complete semi-finished products. Light and heavy materials are separated and isolated by layers.
Full seamless anti-static flat surface: The lower layer uses a seamless whole-piece green anti-static rubber tabletop without any seams. It is not easy to accumulate dust and debris, and cleaning and maintenance are simple. The ESD static protection meets the standard.
Adjustable inclined smooth passage: The installation clips of the smooth strip can be freely adjusted to tilt angles, suitable for smooth discharge of light and small trays, and stable and anti-slip for heavy workpieces.
Independent four-corner universal brake casters: All four feet are polyurethane silent universal wheels. They can be easily pushed in any direction. After the locking mechanism is locked, the frame is completely fixed. The transfer and static storage modes can be freely switched.

Modular and freely configurable: The universal slots of the aluminum profile allow for flexible layers, flat plate heights, and slide channel widths to be increased or decreased. Changing the production line type or expanding production does not require replacing the entire frame, and the reusability is extremely strong.
