Product Description
Simple Open-type Double-layer Anti-static Aluminum Profile Workbench - Lightweight And Low-cost R&D Prototype Table
Product Description
This lightweight, open-type double-layer anti-static aluminum profile workbench is constructed using 4040 standard lightweight aluminum profiles. It features no complex enclosed barriers or large top-mounted equipment, only retaining a double-layer widened anti-static operation surface. The design is minimalist and open-frame. It is mainly characterized by lightweight, low cost, flexibility and versatility. It is suitable for R&D laboratories, new product prototyping, and small-scale maintenance workstations, meeting the needs of small-batch sample debugging, simple assembly, and product maintenance for lightweight operations.
Product features
Minimalist fully open transparent framework: No obstructive barriers, no large top frame equipment. All four sides are transparent. There is no obstruction for handling large samples and testing instruments. The operation field is wide.
Double-layer equal-height and widened anti-static surface: Two layers of the same size and widened surface. The upper layer is used for sample assembly and testing operations, while the lower layer is for placing oscilloscopes, multimeters, toolboxes, etc. as detection equipment.
Lightweight integrated molding structure: The material used for profiles is streamlined. The entire machine is lightweight and compact. It can be moved and shifted by a single person, suitable for scenarios where the laboratory frequently adjusts workstation layouts.
Basic standard anti-static configuration: High-density anti-static rubber tabletop, with built-in grounding holes, meeting the requirements for static protection of conventional electronic samples and circuit boards.
General standard modular structure: The profile slots are universal. Small lamps and tool hooks can be easily added as needed, and it is not mandatory to add redundant accessories such as fans and barriers.
Product advantages
Minimalist and low-cost, suitable for small-scale R&D and batch purchasing: Without additional accessories such as fans and isolation baffles, the unit's purchase price is lower, making it suitable for multiple batch purchases by laboratories and temporary workstation setups for new product prototyping.
Transparent and unobstructed, with no hindrance for handling large samples: With an all-open design, large testing fixtures and full-page PCB samples can be placed without moving the workbench, significantly enhancing the convenience of sample debugging.
Lightweight and easy to move, adaptable to variable R&D layouts: The entire machine has a low self-weight and can be moved by a single person without wheels. Laboratory renovations and adjustments to testing areas do not require disassembling tools.
Flexible and versatile, suitable for various light operations: Without fixed additional equipment restrictions, it can be used as a sample assembly table, an instrument placement table, or a product maintenance table, and can be used in multiple ways.
Compact in size, fully utilizing the corner space of the laboratory: The frame has simple lines and no extra protruding structures, allowing it to be placed in narrow areas such as beside windows or between equipment, improving the utilization of laboratory space.
Application scenario
New product prototyping in the electronic research and development laboratory, sample testing in university laboratories, after-sales product repair stations, small-scale prototype production stations, simple performance testing of components, assembly stations in the maker studio.
