Turning Belt Conveyor Line (90° / 180° Curve Conveyor)

Our turning conveyor line is a customized curved belt conveying system, available in 90-degree and 180-degree turning styles. It is widely used to change the material conveying direction in automated production workshops, to connect multiple straight conveyor segments, optimize factory layout, save valuable floor space and realize continuous, non-stop automatic material transportation.

Product Structure & Material

1. Frame Structure Two frame options for your selection: heavy-duty industrial aluminum alloy profile or carbon steel with powder coating. The aluminum alloy frame features lightweight, high rigidity, anti-rust, easy assembly and disassembly. Powder-coated carbon steel is more suitable for heavy load conveying. The whole frame is welded and reinforced, stable and non-deforming during long-time continuous operation. Optional heavy-duty casters with brake function, convenient for moving and fixed positioning of the whole machine.
2. Conveyor Belt (Anti-static PVC Belt as Standard Option) The belt is made of high-quality anti-static green PVC material. It has excellent anti-static performance, which can continuously release static charge generated during product transportation, effectively protect sensitive electronic components, circuit boards and semi-finished products from electrostatic damage. The belt surface is smooth, wear-resistant, oil-proof, low noise during running. We also provide other belt options: food-grade PU belt, rough top non-slip belt, rubber belt for heavy goods. Belt color can be customized.
3. Drive & Speed Control System Equipped with variable frequency speed regulating motor. The conveying speed range is 0.1~5 m/min, stepless adjustable. Customers can adjust the running speed according to your production beat. The driving roller and driven roller adopt precision processing, with good friction to prevent belt slipping during turning. The curved guide rail inside the machine ensures the belt runs stably without deviation, no material jamming, no product tipping over or scratching on the surface.
4. Side Guard & Safety Design We install adjustable side guard plates on both sides of the curve section. The guard can prevent small parts, boxes and workpieces from falling off during turning transfer. All sharp edges of the machine are polished smoothly to reduce collision risk for operators.
