The LTB-ESD-M08 Pro is an industrial-grade mobile ESD lean tube workbench designed for electrostatic-sensitive production environments. Built around a lightweight yet robust lean tube frame, this modular workstation combines flexible layout, anti-static protection, and mobile accessibility into one practical solution for electronics manufacturing, assembly lines, quality inspection, packing stations, and laboratory work areas.
Unlike traditional fixed workbenches, the LTB-ESD-M08 Pro is constructed from Φ28 mm coated lean tube and precision-molded plastic joint connectors. The entire frame is connected through a standardized plug-in system, which eliminates the need for welding during assembly. This allows factories and workshops to quickly build, dismantle, adjust, and reconfigure workstations according to changing production requirements. Multiple units can be arranged side by side, end to end, or in L-shapes to create continuous assembly lines, packing zones, or cell production layouts.
The work surface is finished with a 2 mm green ESD rubber mat bonded to a rigid MDF core. The anti-static surface provides a controlled static dissipation path with a typical surface resistance range of 10⁶ to 10⁹ Ω, which helps reduce electrostatic accumulation during manual assembly, PCB handling, component insertion, testing, and packing operations. This is particularly important for protecting sensitive electronic devices, integrated circuits, semiconductors, and precision components from ESD damage.
In addition to anti-static performance, the tabletop is designed for daily industrial use. The green ESD rubber layer offers good resistance to abrasion, impact, light chemical spills, and scratching, while the smooth MDF-backed surface remains easy to clean and maintain. The double-shelf configuration provides both an upper working surface and a lower storage shelf, allowing operators to keep tools, components, fixtures, and packaging materials within reach.
Mobility is delivered through 3-inch PU casters with brake locks. These casters allow the complete workstation to be moved between production cells, warehouse zones, inspection areas, and temporary project locations without heavy lifting. Once positioned, the brakes can be engaged to stabilize the bench during operation. For higher ESD requirements, conductive casters and an ESD grounding belt can be added to strengthen the grounding system and improve static control reliability.
The frame structure uses standard lean pipe connectors, making the workstation highly expandable. Customers can add upper shelves, lower storage levels, drawers, tool panels, hanging bars, lighting fixtures, power strips, and foot cups based on actual process needs. This makes the LTB-ESD-M08 Pro suitable not only as a single assembly table but also as a foundation for customized lean workstations and modular production lines.
