Bilateral Automatic PCB Plug-in Line | DIP Dual Side Insertion Assembly Conveyor

The JP-DIP800-B Bilateral Automatic Plug-in Line is specially designed for DIP through-hole component insertion assembly in electronics manufacturing workshop. This dual-side working conveyor adopts aluminum alloy frame and anti-static belt transmission system, allowing operators to work on both sides of the line simultaneously for PCB resistor, capacitor, connector and other through-hole parts plugging work. It can seamlessly connect with SMT production line, wave soldering machine, PCB loader & unloader to form a complete DIP assembly production workflow. Widely applied for consumer electronics, home appliances, power supply board, automotive electronics, control circuit board assembly workshop.

Main Structure & Materials

1. Frame: High-strength 6063-T5 industrial aluminum profile frame, anodized surface treatment, anti-corrosion, sturdy structure, easy assembly and disassembly. Adjustable foot cups for horizontal leveling, adapt uneven factory floor.
2. Conveyor Belt: Imported anti-static green PVC belt, surface resistance 10⁶~10⁹Ω, effectively eliminate static electricity to protect sensitive electronic PCB components from ESD damage. Wear-resistant, low noise, long service life.
3. Guide Rail: Custom aluminum alloy PCB guide slot, adjustable width, support different PCB board sizes. Anti-drop plate design prevents circuit board falling during transmission.
4. Power & Drive System: 220V single-phase variable speed motor, stepless speed regulation from 0.1~5 m/min. Stable chain transmission, low friction, no oil pollution to PCB boards.
5. Workstation Accessories: Equipped with green anti-static working panel, top hanging lighting system, power socket rack, component storage rack, wire management groove. Each station reserved ESD grounding port.
