This fully automatic single-track NG-OK board collection machine is a dedicated material separation and board collection equipment for SMT production lines. The entire machine is equipped with a thickened metal frame integrated cabinet, paired with two independent single-track conveying connection platforms on the left and right, a top aluminum profile lifting loading frame, and a built-in dual-channel automatic board separation mechanism. The equipment can automatically identify OK quality boards and NG defective PCB boards, complete two-way automatic zone separation and material collection, cache stacking, seamlessly connect with AOI inspection, SPI inspection, and ICT testing downstream processes, and achieve automatic circuit board diversion after detection, replacing manual sorting, and standardizing to adapt to full-size PCB mass production lines.

Dual-track independent分流 transportation: The single-track connection platforms on both left and right sides operate synchronously for incoming and outgoing boards. OK boards and NG boards are stacked and stored separately in two paths, eliminating the need for manual distinction and preventing mixed or incorrect board issues.
Visual central observation window: A long-shaped transparent window is set in the middle of the body, allowing real-time observation of the internal board stacking status. Without stopping the machine, the remaining amount of the material box can be checked, reducing the frequency of stoppage for inspection.
Integrated touch screen control panel: The right side of the body integrates an industrial touch screen, an emergency stop button, and a reset button. Parameter settings, production statistics, and fault alarms are displayed centrally, making the operation intuitive and easy to understand.
Top aluminum profile lifting material box mechanism: A high-strength aluminum profile lifting frame, compatible with standard PCB material boxes, allows for freely setting the lifting speed and stacking height. It is compatible with different thickness substrates.
Whole machine constant-temperature cooling system: Large-power cooling fans on the side + long-strip cooling louvers at the bottom continuously discharge the internal heat of the equipment, ensuring no heat accumulation or machine shutdown during long-term continuous operation; heavy-duty leveling cups at the bottom, compatible with uneven floors in the workshop, with no vibration during operation.
