Product Description
This reconfigurable lean tube ESD work station delivers flexible, on-demand workspace for lean manufacturing, ESD protected production zones, electronics assembly, product testing, sorting and packaging operations. Built around the classic interlocking lean tube modular system, individual work units can be linked together seamlessly to build large continuous work surfaces, split apart, rearranged or expanded whenever your production workflow changes.
The frame assembly uses standard plastic-coated lean tube paired with high-strength injection molded joint fittings. Each lean tube features an inner high-tensile steel core wrapped with an anti-static PE outer coating. No welding, drilling or specialized fabrication is required for assembly or modification. This plug-and-play modular design cuts your reconfiguration time dramatically compared with fixed welded worktables, letting you adapt your workshop layout for new product runs, short batches or kaizen improvement activities quickly.
Work surfaces and lower storage shelves are fitted with industry-standard ESD panels, tested to meet ANSI/ESD S20.20 static control requirements, with surface resistance maintained between 10⁶ and 10⁹ ohms. The static-dissipative surface safely bleeds away static charge generated during manual handling of PCBA boards, microchips, sensors, lithium battery modules and other static-sensitive components, lowering the risk of invisible electrostatic damage and product yield loss. Multiple surface board alternatives are available for non-electronic workflows, including heavy-duty phenolic sheets, solid PVC sheets and stainless steel panels.
This mobile workstation comes equipped with industrial grade caster sets as standard. Each set includes swivel brake casters and fixed support casters. Unlock the brakes to freely roll the entire bench across your facility to move work-in-progress, reorganize production cells or shift stations between assembly and inspection areas. Once positioned, engage the brake locks to hold the table firmly in place, eliminating wobble and shifting during fastening, soldering, inspection and precision assembly work.
It adopts a practical two-tier layout. The top level serves as the primary operation platform for assembly, wiring, labeling and inspection work. The secondary lower shelf creates dedicated storage space for hand tools, fixtures, spare components, raw materials and semi-finished goods. Separating stored items from the active worktop helps maintain a clean workspace, supports 5S housekeeping standards and cuts down on time spent searching for tools and parts.
Every dimension and accessory can be customized to match your process and operator ergonomics. We can adjust table length, width and working height to fit your staff. Add-on options include hanging rails for tool holders, overhead light frames, component bins, power outlet strips, side guard baffles and positioning jigs. You may also specify lean tube outer color, table panel thickness and caster load rating to match your weight requirements.
