Our JJC-CON-OV-AL-ESD oval closed-loop roller conveyor system is a lightweight, rigid and fully customizable industrial circulating assembly and material handling workstation. It is designed for continuous cyclic production, multi-station assembly, visual inspection, functional testing, labeling, packaging and rework processes, where reduced equipment weight, improved corrosion resistance and clean surface finish are required.
The main load-bearing frame of this conveyor system is constructed from high-strength aluminum profile / aluminum alloy sections, which offers significant weight reduction compared with traditional steel frames while maintaining excellent structural rigidity for long-term continuous operation. The aluminum material naturally provides good corrosion resistance, making it suitable for clean environments, electronic assembly workshops, pharmaceutical areas, food-related finishing lines and light industrial production. All aluminum profiles are precisely cut, machined and assembled with tight tolerance, ensuring straightness, parallelism and stable support for the roller conveyor sections and rotating circular worktables.
The whole line adopts an oval closed-loop layout, which effectively eliminates the dead ends of traditional linear conveyor lines and allows products or pallets to circulate repeatedly between workstations. Operators can complete assembly, inspection, testing, labeling and packaging operations along the same loop without frequent manual transfer or forklift handling. This layout helps shorten material handling distance, improve production rhythm and support lean manufacturing arrangements.
The main conveying section is a heavy-duty roller conveyor, equipped with smooth-running steel or aluminum rollers according to customer requirements. Rollers are fitted with precision sealed bearings to ensure low rolling resistance, stable conveying, low noise and long service life. The curved sections of the oval loop are designed with specially arranged curved roller groups, inner guide rails and smooth transition surfaces, ensuring that workpieces, pallets or containers can turn smoothly without jamming, skewing or surface scratching. Roller diameter, roller pitch, conveyor width and conveying height can all be customized based on workpiece size, weight and process flow.
Integrated along the conveyor line are multiple 360° rotatable circular worktables. Each circular worktable is supported by a heavy-duty thrust bearing or rotary bearing assembly, allowing operators to rotate the workpiece freely to any angle without walking around the station. This ergonomic design makes it easier to access different sides of the product for assembly, fastening, visual inspection, cleaning or packaging. The circular worktable surface can be customized according to process requirements, including anti-static rubber, wear-resistant PVC, PU, aluminum plate, phenolic resin board or stainless steel plate. Each rotating table can be equipped with a manual positioning lock, and pneumatic or electric positioning functions can be added for higher process accuracy.
One important optional configuration for this system is the ESD anti-static belt conveyor module. For processes involving ESD-sensitive components, PCBA boards, sensors, battery modules or precision electronics, partial or full sections of the roller conveyor can be upgraded to anti-static belt conveyor. The anti-static belt is designed to control surface resistance within the ESD-safe range, helping dissipate static charge and reduce the risk of electrostatic damage to sensitive products. This configuration is particularly suitable for 3C electronics, semiconductor-related assembly, precision instrument manufacturing and other ESD-protected workshops.
The drive system supports two main modes: motorized roller drive and chain drive. Motorized roller drive is suitable for light to medium load applications, offering compact structure, flexible zoning and easy maintenance. Chain drive is recommended for heavier pallets, larger workpieces and continuous 24/7 operation. Conveying speed is adjustable through a variable frequency drive system, typically within the range of 0.1 to 10 m/min, and can be customized according to production takt time.
Safety and control accessories can be added according to site requirements, including emergency stop buttons, safety guardrails, workpiece stoppers, photoelectric sensors, counting modules, position detection sensors, PLC control cabinet and HMI touch screen. The control system can be programmed to achieve functions such as automatic circulation, fixed-point stop, section start-stop, workpiece counting and interlock protection. Each support leg is equipped with a heavy-duty leveling foot, which can fine-tune the horizontal height of the entire conveyor system and adapt to slight unevenness of the factory floor.

Maintenance Notes
Regularly check the tightness of drive chains or belts, keep bearing parts properly lubricated, clean the roller surfaces and circular tabletops on a scheduled basis, and test emergency stop functions before operation. The aluminum frame should be cleaned with neutral detergents and avoided from strong acidic or alkaline environments. Our system is provided with an operation manual and a 12-month warranty for main drive components.
