This anti-static belt conveyor line is built as a modular transport backbone for workshops that assemble, test and pack electronic products. Workstations are linked by one continuous anti-static PVC belt mounted on an aluminium profile frame, so boards, sub-assemblies and finished units move from station to station without being carried by hand and without picking up static charge along the way.
The frame is assembled from 40*60, 40*70 or 40*80 aluminium profile selected to suit the belt width and the load it carries. Aluminium keeps the structure rigid and rust-free while allowing the line to be re-cut, extended or re-routed later, which is difficult once a welded steel frame has been fixed in place. Levelling feet under each leg let the team correct height differences on an uneven workshop floor so the belt stays flat over its whole run.
Three drive modes cover most production styles. Continuous mode runs the belt without stopping for steady flow between stations; beat mode advances the belt in timed steps that match a fixed takt time; variable speed mode lets the operator raise or lower belt speed to balance a bottleneck station. The anti-static PVC belt dissipates accumulated charge, which matters where PCBA boards, chip trays and sensor modules are handled and any invisible ESD event would only show up later at functional test.
Line geometry is made to your workshop drawing. Straight runs suit long assembly benches, curve sections carry the line around a pillar or corner, and inclined sections raise or lower the transport height between two production levels. Guardrails, side work surfaces, green anti-static baffles, LED lighting bars and storage racks can be added so each station works as a complete manual assembly point rather than a bare conveyor.
