Automatic Drop Type PCB Loader & Unloader, SMT Bare Board Destacker

This CHT-CVP-600LD Automatic Drop Type Bare Board Loader & Unloader, also known as PCB Destacker, is an essential automation equipment matched with SMT production line. It realizes automatic loading and receiving of raw bare PCB boards, greatly replacing manual board feeding and collection, reducing labor cost and PCB scratch contamination risk.

The machine adopts PLC automatic control system with Fuji brand button operation panel, simple operation and stable program logic. The main body uses thickened sheet metal frame structure, solid and durable, good shock resistance, long service life under continuous 24h workshop running. Two optional working modes: straight-through mode and fall plate mode, users can freely switch according to different production technologies and PCB types.

The board pushing blade is made of titanium steel material, with strong elasticity, not easy to deform, which can gently separate stacked bare boards without damaging the copper foil and surface of PCB. It supports standard SMEMA signal communication, can seamlessly connect with screen printer, SMT mounter, AOI inspection machine and other upstream & downstream SMT equipment, realizing fully automatic linkage of the whole production line.

The machine is equipped with anti-static conveyor belt, effectively dissipate static electricity generated during PCB transmission, avoid electrostatic damage to circuit boards, suitable for sensitive electronic bare board processing.
