Product Overview

Our GTS-1200 heavy-duty roller conveyor system is a modular automated material handling solution, custom-built according to customer drawings. As shown in the workshop photo, it adopts multi-parallel roller track layout, designed for continuous transportation of plastic turnover bins, cartons, boxes and pallets in manufacturing workshops, assembly lines and warehouse sorting zones.

This roller conveyor can be configured as gravity (non-powered) type or powered driven type. The gravity version uses goods’ own weight to realize conveying with slight slope setting, no motor consumption and low operation cost. The powered roller version adopts chain/belt driving system for stable transportation on flat ground, supporting accumulation conveying. We also provide optional anti-static belt & ESD roller modification for electrostatic-sensitive workshops, to release static charge safely and protect electronic components, PCB, lithium battery modules from static damage.

Structure & Material Details

1. Main Frame: Fabricated from thick carbon steel profile, sandblasted and powder coated for anti-rust and anti-corrosion. Frame welding adopts full penetration welding process, strong structural rigidity, can withstand long-time continuous heavy load. Stainless steel frame is available as custom option for humid or clean workshop environment.
2. Conveying Rollers: Rollers use seamless steel tube, galvanized surface treatment; roller shaft adopts solid round steel. High precision double sealed deep groove ball bearings are installed inside each roller, featuring low rolling resistance, low noise, dust-proof and waterproof. Roller diameter, wall thickness and roller pitch can be fully customized to match your tote box and pallet size. Anti-static conductive roller or PU coated roller is optional.
3. Safety Guardrail: Equipped with white safety guardrail as shown in reference picture, installed on both sides of conveyor track. It prevents workpieces and turnover boxes falling off the conveyor during operation, and protects operators from accidental collision injury. Height and spacing of guardrails can be adjusted on request.
4. Support Leg & Base: Height adjustable support legs, easy to calibrate conveyor horizontal or inclined gradient on site. Thick base plate increases stability and avoids shaking during high-frequency material transfer.
5. Optional Anti-Static Belt Assembly: Anti-static belt can be added between rollers. The surface resistance is controlled within 10⁶~10⁹Ω, effectively dissipating static electricity generated by friction between goods and conveyor. Suitable for electronics, semiconductor, new energy battery production workshops.
