Double Speed Chain Conveyor Line, Automated Assembly Production Line for Workshop

Our JS-BS008 double speed chain conveyor line is a widely used non-standard automated circulating assembly line, specially designed for workshop continuous product assembly, performance testing, aging burn-in, finished product circulation and offloading. The main frame adopts heavy-duty industrial aluminum profile structure, firm and corrosion-resistant, easy to assemble and re-layout when your workshop changes. The conveying core is double-speed chain (2.5 times speed ratio), workpiece pallet runs faster than chain itself, low friction, low running noise, stable operation for 24h continuous production.

The surface of line side is equipped with anti-static green belt/anti-static baffle, effectively release static electricity, prevent electronic components damage caused by static discharge, perfect for electronic, lithium battery, home appliance and 3C assembly workshop.

This production line can be made into linear type or closed loop circulation type. We can add optional accessories: pneumatic stop stopper, lifting transplant machine, jacking rotation mechanism, LED workshop light, power socket, tool hanging rack, anti-static workbench, safety guard rail. Line width, total length, working height, load capacity, running speed all support full customization.

4. Driving System: Gear reduction motor, speed adjustable via frequency converter.
