Model RCS-SS2026-EP motorized stainless steel roller conveyor is a tailor-made industrial transport solution built for automated continuous transfer of boxed goods, crates, cartons and regular palletized products. Widely deployed inside manufacturing assembly lines, packaging plants, food & beverage workshops, cosmetic & pharmaceutical clean rooms, electronics factories, logistics distribution hubs and loading/unloading bays.

This motor-driven roller line removes heavy manual handling work, automatically moving goods at adjustable speed. The full stainless build makes it resistant to rust and chemical corrosion, performing reliably in damp, washdown and high-humidity environments. For customers transporting PCBs, chips and static-sensitive electronic items, we offer professional anti-static modification to protect valuable products from static discharge damage.

1. Main Frame: Constructed from stainless steel extruded profiles. Two material grades available: Grade 201 Stainless Steel and Grade 304 Stainless Steel. All joints use full argon arc welding, followed by surface polishing to eliminate sharp burrs. The rigid welded frame delivers strong anti-deformation performance. Brushed matte surface finish makes daily cleaning fast and simple.
2. Transport Rollers: Stainless steel rollers serve as the core conveying parts. Roller OD, tube wall thickness and center-to-center roller spacing can all be adjusted to match your cargo size and weight. Each roller is fitted with sealed dust & water resistant bearings for low friction and extended service life. Anti-static roller surface coating can be added on request to dissipate static electricity.
3. Motor Drive Assembly: Equipped with high-efficiency geared reduction motor. We configure motors to match your local grid power requirements, including single phase 230V 50Hz (compatible for Maldives with UK standard junction box), three-phase 380V 50Hz and other custom voltages. Fitted with VFD variable frequency controller, conveying speed adjustable between 0.1m/s to 0.5m/s. A physical emergency stop button is included for operational safety.
4. Support Structure: Height-adjustable stainless steel support stands. Operators can tune the working height freely to align with worktables, packing stations or loading platforms. Optional swivel casters with locking brakes can be mounted on stand bottoms, enabling the whole conveyor to be relocated quickly for flexible site arrangement.
5. Side Protection: Custom stainless steel side baffles are available as an add-on. Side guards prevent cartons and packages from slipping off both sides during transit. Baffle height will be customized based on your product dimensions.
