Multi layer flexible lines are designed around product mix and station sequence, and the free layout drawing shows each layer height, transfer point and control location. Modular sections are pre-assembled so the structure is re-configured when production changes, with remote commissioning support.
Speed, Drive & Load Configuration
Variable speed conveyor control from 0 to 20 m/min uses an AC 220V geared motor conveyor with infinitely variable inverter control, and beat mode conveyor cycles support takt time conveyor production. Process load reaches 50kg per metre per layer.
Operation, Maintenance & Energy Use
Multi layer running stays at low noise conveyor level, with energy efficient motor for low power consumption across layers. Easy maintenance conveyor design provides belt tension adjustment per layer, quick belt replacement and spare parts availability for belts and drive units.

The line is produced under an ISO quality system, with electrical data and compliance documentation supplied for export. A 12-month warranty covers frame, drive units and controls with remote support for layer transfer adjustment.

Workstation & Ergonomic Configuration

Working height per layer is set for an ergonomic assembly line reach and adjustable through the adjustable height conveyor feet.
Safety Protection & Line Integration
Layer transfer points use pinch point protection covers and safety guardrail conveyor panels, with a semi closed conveyor design over the drives and emergency stop conveyor buttons on each layer.
