Our Anti-static Belt Conveyor Line is a modular industrial assembly conveyor, specially designed for workshop production, product assembly, testing, debugging and packaging transportation. Adopting robust aluminum profile frame and anti-static PVC belt, this production line is suitable for industries including electronics, electrical appliances, electromechanical, food, tobacco and light industry.
The conveyor supports multiple operation control modes, including ordinary continuous running, beat intermittent running and variable speed running. We can tailor the line shape according to your workshop layout: straight line, curve, inclined slope and other forms to match your factory space and production flow.
The aluminum alloy frame has good rigidity, anti-rust performance and easy assembly. The anti-static belt effectively dissipates static electricity, protecting sensitive electronic components from electrostatic damage during assembly and handling. Equipped with adjustable support feet, you can fine-tune the height and keep the whole line stable on uneven ground. Optional side workbenches, lighting, baffles and storage racks can be added to build a complete manual assembly station.

Line Layout & Installation Service
Send your workshop dimension and station layout and we return a free drawing covering belt length, curve or slope segments, working height and accessory positions. Aluminium profile frame sections arrive numbered with an installation guide, so a full line is assembled and levelled in one to two days with remote commissioning.
Speed, Drive & Load Configuration
Variable speed conveyor control from 0.1 to 5 m/min runs through a geared motor conveyor with inverter control, and continuous, beat mode conveyor or variable speed conveyor modes are selected on the control panel. Anti-static PVC belt carries boards and sub-assemblies between stations.
Operation, Maintenance & Energy Use
The drive is sized as an energy efficient motor for low power consumption, and running is low noise conveyor grade. Easy maintenance conveyor design gives belt tension adjustment from the side rail, quick belt replacement, and spare parts availability for belts, tensioners and controllers.
Certification, Warranty & Spare Parts
The line is produced under an ISO quality system with anti-static belt resistance data and electrical declarations supplied for audit and clearance. A 12-month warranty covers frame, drive motor and controls, with remote support for belt tracking and ESD surface checks.
Lead Time, Order Terms & Packing
Minimum order 1 set, one set customization and OEM conveyor line branding available. Delivery time 15-20 days after deposit at 500 sets monthly production capacity, short lead time assembly line support on request. Export wooden case packing with container loading from our own production line.

Workstation & Ergonomic Configuration
Stations are equipped as manual cells with led lighting assembly line bars, a cooling fan workstation, power socket strip, parts bin bracket and tool hanging rail on the profile frame. Working height is adjustable from 750 to 1100mm for an ergonomic assembly line posture, using the adjustable height conveyor feet.
Safety Protection & Line Integration
Belt return and drive are covered by safety guardrail conveyor panels and a semi closed conveyor design, with pinch point protection at the transfer gap and emergency stop conveyor buttons at each end. The line accepts lean tube connection brackets and roller track compatibility sections, and ce certified conveyor documentation can be issued with ul motor conveyor data.
