Anti-static Curved Pvc Belt Conveyor Assembly Line, Custom Turning Belt Production Line For Electronic Workshop

Our anti-static curved belt conveyor assembly line is a customized modular conveying system, widely used in electronic assembly, component testing, finished product packaging, semi-finished goods circulation and cleanroom workshop production. This turning conveyor solves the problem of limited workshop space, allowing production lines to turn and form closed-loop continuous production without extra material handling.

The conveyor belt adopts high-quality green anti-static PVC material. The surface resistance of the belt is controlled within standard anti-static range, which can continuously and safely release static electricity generated by friction between products and belt surface during assembly. It effectively prevents electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to sensitive electronic chips, circuit boards and precision components, reduces product scrap rate and improves production yield. The belt is wear-resistant, anti-slip, flexible, easy to clean and maintain. Custom colors and anti-static grades are available for different industry requirements.

The whole rack is assembled by industrial extruded aluminum alloy profiles. Aluminum profile features high structural rigidity, light weight, anti-rust and corrosion resistance. Unlike welded carbon steel frames, this modular structure requires no on-site welding. It can be quickly assembled, disassembled or re-adjusted if you change your workshop layout later.

We supply 90° and 180° curved turning sections, which connect straight conveyor sections seamlessly. The curved part adopts special turning roller group design to avoid belt deviation, belt wrinkling or slipping during continuous operation. Double-layer structure is optional, which can realize upper and lower layer independent conveying for material circulation and return.

Equipped with variable frequency speed regulating motor and reducer. The conveying speed can be continuously adjusted from 0.1 m/min to 5 m/min, to match your different production cycle takt. The whole line runs smoothly, low vibration and low noise. Emergency stop button, overload protection and safety guard can be installed for operation safety.

We support adding matching accessories according to your demand: anti-static side workbench, hanging lamp bracket, material storage rack, anti-static baffle, part placement box, power socket, dust cover, foot cup for height leveling. Workers can finish assembly, inspection and testing directly on the side workbench of the conveyor line.
