JJ-ESD600 ESD Anti-Static Belt Conveyor Assembly Line Workbench

JJ-ESD600 anti-static belt assembly line is a modular production workstation specially designed for electronic manufacturing workshops. It combines continuous material conveying function with manual operation stations, widely adopted for consumer electronics assembly, PCB soldering, lithium battery assembly, precision component inspection and finished goods packaging.

Frame & Structure

The whole rack adopts 4040 industrial aluminum alloy profile, high rigidity, anti-corrosion and rust-proof. Modular splicing design allows free lengthening or shortening of the whole line according to your workshop space. Adjustable height foot cups are installed at each support leg, to balance the equipment on uneven ground, reduce vibration during operation. The frame surface keeps smooth without sharp edges to avoid scratching operators or components.

Anti-static Conveyor Belt System

The transport belt is high-quality ESD PVC anti-static belt. Its surface resistance is controlled within 10⁶~10⁹Ω, which can release static charge safely and continuously. It prevents electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to sensitive electronic chips, circuit boards and electronic components. The belt has good wear resistance, low friction coefficient, not easy to deform after long-time running. Belt tension can be adjusted by tensioner to prevent deviation.

Drive & Speed Control

Equipped with frequency conversion motor drive system. The conveyor running speed can be stepless adjusted from 0 to 5 m/min. Factory workers can tune the speed to match your production cycle, suitable for slow precision assembly or medium-speed batch production. Low-noise motor ensures quiet workshop environment, noise less than 60dB during normal operation.

Working Station Configuration

Each operation position is reserved for manual assembly work. The top is fitted with integrated LED light frame to provide sufficient soft lighting for soldering, tiny part installation and visual inspection. Optional accessories can be added: anti-static work plate, multi-hole tool hanging board, storage drawer, power socket, air pipe connector, emergency stop button, photoelectric sensor, material box bracket.
