Roller Conveyor Line, Anti-static Belt Roller Assembly Conveyor for Workshop Production Line

This roller conveyor line is a customized assembly transportation system widely used in factory workshop assembly, product testing, packaging and finished product handling. It adopts combined roller conveying structure, matched with anti-static circular turntable workstations, to realize continuous circulation transportation of goods, greatly improve workshop assembly efficiency and reduce manual handling cost.

Main Structure & Material

1. Frame: Heavy-duty aluminum alloy / carbon steel frame (optional). Carbon steel with powder coated anti-rust finish; aluminum alloy frame, lightweight, corrosion resistant, easy to assemble and disassemble.
2. Roller: Galvanized steel roller, smooth rotation, strong load bearing. Roller spacing can be adjusted according to product size.
3. Workstation Turntable: Anti-static rubber circular turntable, wear-resistant, anti-slip, anti-static performance, can rotate freely for workers to operate products from all angles.
4. Side Guard & Auxiliary Beam: Aluminum profile side baffle, equipped with wire trough for cable arrangement, optional lighting socket system for each station.
5. Anti-static Belt: Optional anti-static conveyor belt, surface resistance 10⁶~10⁹Ω, effective discharge static electricity, suitable for electronic assembly workshop to protect sensitive electronic components from static damage.

Working Principle & Features

The roller conveyor line adopts power roller drive. Products placed on the anti-static turntable move forward along the roller track to each working station. Workers can rotate the turntable to complete assembly, inspection, screwing and other operations. After finishing one station, the product is transported to the next station automatically.
