Our JS-AL2026-BL01 aluminum profile ball transfer assembly line is a modular manual assembly workstation system, specially engineered for electronics, small appliances, and precision component assembly workshops.
The whole frame structure is constructed with heavy-duty 4040 industrial extrusion aluminum profile. The aluminum alloy material features high rigidity, corrosion resistance, no rust, easy cutting and re-assembly. Unlike welded steel frames, aluminum profile structure requires no painting treatment. Customers can adjust, extend or modify the production line layout at any time when workshop production needs change. All connecting joints use standard aluminum profile connectors, stable and reliable, easy to disassemble without special welding equipment.
The front loading station adopts ball transfer table with universal ball casters embedded on the steel plate. The universal balls allow workpieces and jigs to move freely in all directions, so operators can push and rotate products effortlessly without dragging friction. This design greatly reduces labor force and avoids scratching the surface of finished products. The ball plate can be replaced separately if damaged, which brings low maintenance cost.
The conveying section is equipped with high-quality anti-static green PVC conveyor belt. The belt has permanent anti-static performance, surface resistance within 10⁶~10⁹Ω, which can continuously release static charge generated during manual assembly. It effectively prevents electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to PCBA boards, chips, sensors and other sensitive electronic parts. The belt surface is wear-resistant, anti-slip, oil-proof, and can work stably under long-time continuous operation. Belt speed can be adjustable from 0.1m/min to 5m/min via variable frequency motor according to your production tact time.
Each working position is equipped with a vertical blue perforated back panel. The hole board can hang tool hooks, part bins, operation instruction cards, socket strips and lighting fixtures. The sloped green anti-static shelf above the work station is reserved for placing semi-finished materials and auxiliary tools, saving desktop space. An emergency stop push button box is mounted on the side upright. Press the red emergency stop button to cut off power immediately in case of abnormal operation, to protect operators and equipment safety.
Every support leg is fitted with nylon adjustable foot cup. The foot cup can compensate uneven ground, keep the whole production line horizontal and stable, prevent shaking during product handling.
Customization options are fully available: overall length, line width, working height, number of operation stations can be modified as your workshop drawing. We can add LED tube lighting, multi-socket power module, anti-static rubber mat, material sliding rack, side guard plate, barrier-free passage, ESD grounding system and other accessories. We support CAD drawing before production. Our engineering team will optimize the layout according to your product size, workflow and factory space.
